Project Description:

Select a new business systems
application and a partner for it's hosting and life-cycle maintenance as
well as outsource the HR/Payroll and procurement functions. The project
was conducted under the rules and regulations of the EU procurement
directives. |
Metrics:

The 20 potential ASP partners
were reduced to the single preferred partner during the course of
this 6 month project. |
Results:
|
A major, UK quoted, IT service
provider was selected for providing the full service with a reduced IT
cost of 30%. |
