paper making industry with an annual turnover of €45M and employing
approximately 200 people. This client was part of a global enterprise
serving the paper making industry. |
Business Objective:

To eliminate the redundancies inherent in
running separate, non-integrated, bespoke and in-house written systems. To
drive down costs, improve customer service and improve administration. |
Project Description:

Determine business requirements for an integrated
ERP system and then to manage the selection process for all elements of
the subsequent implementation project. In conjunction with both client and
ERP implementation partner to fully structure the implementation project. |

The project lasted 6 months. |
Results:

The company's board approved the investment of
€650K for the implementation of a Tier 1 ERP system. |
