Assess the state of readiness for Y2K of all the business
units.
Develop a methodology for them to follow to address the issue.
Develop and implement a management process for monitoring progress. |
Metrics:

The project covered in excess of 400 business units around
the world and lasted 4 months. |
Results:
|
The project was conducted in the early part of
1997 and was completed on time and within budget. The client introduced
the management process and methodology as a result of which none of the
business units had any failures as a result of Y2K. |
