It is unfortunately true that not every IT project goes according to plan. And more frequently than not realization only comes after the budget has been spent, or overspent, the timetable has expired or the deliverables don't meet the original expectations of the business.

PSWConsulting offers a Project Recovery Service, built on the methods underpinning our Project Management Service, that can quickly determine the best way forward for a failing project. The first step to be undertaken as part of the Project Recovery is to review the current status. Subsequent activities will depend upon the results of this review.
