IT Strategy Service

It is not infrequent to find that there is a severe dislocation between an organizations business strategy and that of it's IT organization. The reasons for this can be many and varied but, whatever they may be, PSWConsulting can assist in ensuring that IT pushes in the same direction as the business.

Each assignment is tailored to the specific client requirements but is likely to cover:

Output from the strategy study will include an overview of the Enterprise's current IT as well as an assessment of how this fits to the current business operations and how it supports the business goals. Key IT projects will be identified, together with an assessment of cost/benefit, timescale and resource requirements.
